How do I know which scooter size is right for me?
Sizing depends on the rider's height and skill level. Generally, the handlebars should sit between your hip and belly button. Check our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What is your return policy for pro scooters?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a scooter has been assembled or ridden outside, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do Lucky Scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our complete scooters and parts are backed by a limited 6-month manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper landings.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your parts compatible with other scooter brands?
Many of our parts, such as wheels and clamps, use industry-standard sizing. However, compression systems (HIC, SCS, IHC) vary. We recommend checking the specifications or contacting our support team to ensure compatibility.
