At Lucky Scooters, we want you to be completely stoked with your new gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, our team is here to ensure your return process is as smooth as a clean landing.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your scooter parts or apparel are unused, in original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box, include a copy of your invoice, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
